What is Holiday Collectibles?

Now in its 24th year, Holiday Collectibles is an annual shopping celebration held each fall to benefit the Westlake Hills Presbyterian Preschool. This is the school’s sole fundraiser and proceeds are an integral part of the school’s budget.

The two-day event takes place at the church and features nearly 50 vendors from around the country; sales of casseroles, soups, and pies made by preschool families; door prizes; and a silent auction. The show draws over 2,000 shoppers from all over Central Texas.

What Do WHPP Parents Do?

The success of the show depends on the participation of all preschool members, so each family is required to contribute in these ways:

·         Work a 3-hour shift during the show

·         Prepare 2 casseroles per child (maximum of 4) to be sold at the show or make an equivalent dollar donation

·         Solicit at least one donation for the Silent Auction.

Vendor Applications

Applications are emailed to last year’s exhibitors and those requesting information. Completed applications must be received by mail no later than June 30.
