WHPP is HIRING!

WHPP is a play-based, Christian preschool for children 17 months - 5 years old. Our mission is to provide a quality preschool education in a nurturing environment of Christian love and teaching. 

Our staff is made up of people who are passionate about developing a strong foundation for children to build life and learning skills both now and in the future. We are currently hiring for the 2024-25 school year. We think you’d like being a part of our team if you are a sensitive and mature individual who enjoys interacting with young children; if you are at least 18 years of age; and if you have at least a high school diploma or the equivalent. Early childhood education and experience are preferred, but most importantly are you interested in the development and well-being of children in a preschool setting?

We follow a traditional school-year calendar. Our daily hours are 8:30-1:30. We also offer certain perks such as insurance benefits, retirement saving opportunities, paid time off, and tuition discounts for children of WHPP teachers. The mission of Westlake Hills Presbyterian Preschool is to provide a quality preschool education in a nurturing environment of Christian love and teaching. Emphasis is placed on the child’s Christian education, emotional, social, mental and physical development, communication skills and creativity.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

In the children entrusted to us we seek to instill a love of God, an understanding that each is special to God, an awareness that each has unique abilities, a positive attitude toward church and school, and a sense of wonder and appreciation for God’s creation. We want to provide children the opportunity to grow socially, physically, spiritually, emotionally and intellectually.
