Examples (program fee + lodging + meal cost + extra bed):
1. A couple: $40 ($20 per adult) + $220 ($220 for Flato) + $80 (2 adult meals) = $340
2. A couple with 3 children ages 3, 6 & 12: $340 (see example 1) + $0 (3 yrs. old meal) + $30 (6 yrs. old meal) + $40 (12 yrs. old meal) + $14 (roll-away bed) = $424

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Deposit of $100 per Room/Apartment is due at time of registration.
      The deposit will be applied toward your total bill if
      you do not cancel.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Before February 15 A full refund of your deposit and retreat payment will be given.

February 15 or after No refunds will be given unless there is someone on the waiting list to take your room; otherwise, you have the option of finding someone to fill your room. You will be responsible for collecting payment directly from them and notifying the church office (327-1116) of the change.

Group Registration
Groups must be formed to reserve group-housing options. Each group should pick a spokesperson. In the Lodging/Group Comments section of the form, please indicate the name of your group's spokesperson. The first person in the group to submit a registration form (with the comments) will set the registration timestamp for the group. Other group members should submit their form and deposit ASAP.

Children and Youth
Birth thru Age 3-Childcare will be provided beginning 10 minutes before each session by paid WHPC Childcare staff.

Children Age 4 thru 5^th Grade- Children will begin each session with their parents, they will be dismissed after the singing and announcements. Volunteers will lead the groups in crafts, games and outdoor activities. To apply for a volunteer position contact Cindy Gangstad at cindyg@whpc.org. The number of volunteers needed will depend on the number of children registered in each age or grade category. Each approved volunteer will receive a $150 discount for the weekend.

Youth-Middle and High School Students- Youth staff will be on board to ensure an awesome experience for the middle and high school youth!

Mo-Ranch has plenty of activities to keep you occupied: tennis, canoeing, hiking, volleyball, basketball, swimming, water slide, fishing, and more!

Notable Mo sights are the winding Guadalupe river, an iron catwalk crossing the valley, and the Chapel on the Hill nestled on Mo's highest peak.

Lodging
There are several lodging options at Mo-Ranch suited for individuals, families or groups. All rooms are air conditioned, and bed and bath linens are provided. Pheasant Run $200/room	WAITING LIST: Hotel– type rooms, each with two queen beds and full bath. Upstairs rooms have private balconies with view of the ranch. Perfect for families parenting babies and pre-school children. Roll-away will not fit. Meal Plan is mandatory.
River Dorm Apartment $285/apt.	WAITING LIST: This two-bedroom apartment is part of the River Dorm building with a private entry. Sleeps 6 people (1 double & 4 twin beds), has a living room, private bath and kitchen. Ideal for a family outing. Meal Plan is optional
Wynne/Flato Lodge $220/room	22 rooms Wynne/18 rooms Flato, each with two queen beds and full bath. Roll-away available-$7 extra per night. Ideal for families with elementary and teenage children; persons with limited mobility. Meal Plan is mandatory.
Wynne Apartment $225/apt	WAITING LIST: Single apartment with 2 queen beds, private bath, and living area, 4 people max. Meal plan is mandatory.
Triplex Apartments $285/room	WAITING LIST: Single apartment with double bed, 2 bunk beds, kitchen, and private bath. Walk/drive to main area. Ideal for a family outing. Meal Plan is optional.
President's Suite in Manor House - $610	WAITING LIST: Upstairs in Manor House, 1 king bed, 3 bunk beds in a separate loft. Sleeps 6. Fireplace and private bath. Meal plan is mandatory. (requires $200 deposit)

Lower Loma Linda
$55/bed Lower level of Loma Linda. Dorm style bunk beds, shared bath. Meal plan is mandatory.

Tent Site
$60/site 4 Tent sites. Central bath facility at campground. Short drive to the main area. Meal Plan is mandatory.

* Housing suitable for "Group" housing:

* Guest Lodge $235/room	First floor lounge area, 10 upstairs rooms with 2 bunk beds and shared baths. One ADA accessible room with two twin beds and a bath downstairs sleeps 2. Includes game tables, food service area and large kitchen. Meal Plan is optional.
* Pilot House $600/cottage	WAITING LIST: Three bedroom, two bath cottage with a living room, kitchen and dining room that sleeps six. Ideal for a family get away. Meal Plan is optional. (requires $200 deposit)
* Manor House $250/room	WAITING LIST: Eight separate bedrooms opening to central living area. Various bed arrangements most have private bath. All rooms sleep 4-5. Ideal for groups of up to 34 people. Meal plan is mandatory.
* Nicklos Barn $230/room	Five separate bedrooms, four private bathrooms, large kitchen, 2 dining areas and living room. Sleeps 18 people. Meal Plan is optional.
