No refunds will be given unless there is someone on the waiting list to take your room; otherwise, you have the option of finding someone to fill your room. You will be responsible for collecting payment directly from them and notifying the church office (327-1116) of the change. |

Group Registration
Groups must be formed to reserve group-housing options. Each group should pick a spokesperson. In the Lodging/Group Comments section of the form, please indicate the name of your group's spokesperson. The first person in the group to submit a registration form (with the comments) will set the registration timestamp for the group. Other group members should submit their form and deposit ASAP.

Children and Youth
Birth thru Age 3-Childcare will be provided beginning 10 minutes before each session by paid WHPC Childcare staff.
Children Age 4 thru 5th Grade- Children will begin each session with their parents, they will be dismissed after the singing and announcements. Volunteers will lead the groups in crafts, games and outdoor activities. To apply for a volunteer position contact Cindy Gangstad at cindyg@whpc.org. The number of volunteers needed will depend on the number of children registered in each age or grade category. Each approved volunteer will receive a $150 discount for the weekend.
Youth-Middle and High School Students- Youth staff will be on board to ensure an awesome experience for the middle and high school youth!

Mo-Ranch has plenty of activities to keep you occupied: tennis, canoeing, hiking, volleyball, basketball, swimming, water slide, fishing, and more!
Notable Mo sights are the winding Guadalupe river, an iron catwalk crossing the valley, and the Chapel on the Hill nestled on Mo's highest peak.

Lodging
There are several lodging options at Mo-Ranch suited for individuals, families or groups. All rooms are air conditioned, and bed and bath linens are provided.
