| Florist and Decorations |  |
- The Florist’s Agreement must be completed by the Florist and returned to the Wedding Coordinator. The decoration plan for the sanctuary must be approved by the Wedding Coordinator.
- The Communion Table will not be removed from the chancel area and flowers or any other decorations may not be placed on this sacred table nor may it be covered in any way.
- Decorations must be completed one hour in advance of the wedding ceremony. The Wedding Coordinator will work with the Florist to determine a time to decorate the church prior to the ceremony, but no sooner than three hours before start time.
- The Florist is expected to remove all decorations and equipment promptly following the ceremony. Decorations are not to be left overnight.
- If the wedding couple wishes to share the joy of their marriage by leaving their floral arrangements for use at the Sunday church services, the Wedding Coordinator must be notified one week prior to the wedding for an acknowledgment to be placed in the Sunday bulletin.
- Only non-drip candles may be used in church. Protective coverings must be placed beneath all candles to protect the flooring and furniture. The wedding couple will be responsible for any cleaning or repair fees caused by drippings from candles or any other accidents that may occur.
- No candles may be used in the aisles of the sanctuary.
- No nails, tacks, staples, tape, or anything that will mar the woodwork or furnishings may be used. Protective covering must be used under all fresh floral arrangements, plants, candles, and any other decorations to protect tables.
- Holiday decorations already in the Church may not be removed.
