| Wedding Receptions at the Church | |
- Kitchen facilities are available for receptions at the church. Your caterer may use the kitchen on the day of the wedding only. You must submit the name of the caterer (business owner), and a list of those with access to the kitchen. We require the caterer to prepare the food off-site and use our kitchen only for warming and maintaining food during the wedding. The caterer is responsible for cleanup of the kitchen after use.
- The Wedding Coordinator must be in attendance at the reception, and will be the contact person for questions pertaining to the wedding rehearsal and the wedding; and is the initial contact for the wedding reception. All decorating and set up will be coordinated with the Facilities Manager (see below).
- Dishes, silverware, punch bowl or tablecloths are not available for wedding use. You will need to provide these items.
- Neither the Wedding Coordinator nor the Custodial staff is responsible for picking up or returning rented or catered items. If those arrangements are made with the Wedding Coordinator, additional fees will be applicable.
- The Parlor or Fellowship Hall may be used for receptions, with a four (4) hour maximum usage, including cleanup. Food may be served in the Fellowship Hall. The Parlor is only available for a ‘cake and punch’ reception.
- Tables and chairs that are available for your use.
Fellowship Hall: Tables and chairs will allow seating up to 300 people.
