Reservations (date and time) for the wedding and rehearsal will be confirmed with the couple by the Wedding Coordinator after receipt of the signed wedding agreement required deposit monies and approval by the Pastor’s Council.

Weddings will not be scheduled before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. There are no time restrictions for a Saturday wedding.

The Sanctuary will be available for preparation/decoration three hours prior to wedding start time. The Sanctuary must be vacated two hours after the wedding. If this policy is not adhered to, additional fees will be required for building usage and employee time.

Receptions in the church facilities can be arranged for additional fees for room rental, Custodial and Wedding Coordinator fees will also apply.

No weddings, rehearsals or receptions will be scheduled on the following days:
          • New Year's Day               • Memorial Day
          • Independence Day           • Labor Day
          • Christmas Eve                • Christmas Day
          • During Holy Week

All Christmas decorations will remain in the sanctuary for the duration of the Christmas season which starts Thanksgiving weekend and extends through December 25th weekend.

Child care is not available for weddings. The Chapel is available during the service as a Cry Room for families with infants and toddlers.
