   review all music for the wedding ceremony with the Pastor and/or Music Director.

   coordinate with the Facilities Department and the Custodial staff regarding setup for service.

   act as liaison between you and WHPC organist.

   coordinate your wedding rehearsal and wedding service with the Pastor.

   be responsible for the wedding rehearsal in the Pastor’s absence.
