Global Mission Partners

Alexy and Olesya - Astana, Kazakhstan
Alexey and Olesya are unveiling God's glory to Central Asian people by establishing and enabling His church. They, with their six children, are planting multi-ethnic, multicultural, urban churches in the capital city. They are also helping other church planters.

Jason and Missy - Central Asia
Jason and Missy, and their two boys, are serving in an area most in need of the message of Jesus Christ. They help bring clean water to communities desperately in need. They work with local authorities on issues of clean water and schools. 

Jeremy and Zhannah - Central Asia
Jeremy is a graduate of Northwestern University and teaches English at a local University.  Zhannah is a graduate of Central Asian University and works with Jeremy to help University students.

Rob - Location Undisclosed
Rob works with refugees who have been wounded by years of war and famine. Rob serves the least in their time of desperate need, struggling against government regulations and injustice to help them find necessities for living

Halle and Kathy August - Along Side Ministries, Managua, Nicaragua
Originally from Washington State, the Augusts went on a short term mission trip and never looked back. They operate a community center in Managua that is open to the community daily and hosts sports camps and seminars.

Dan, Babette, Josiah and Jeremiah Ballast - Kazakhstan and Phillippines
Dan is part of the Co-Serve International Leadership Team.  Co-Serve provides servant leadership training programs at educational institutions, businesses and churches around the world.  Dan's focus is on programs in Kazakhstan and the Philippines.

Pastor Matthew Jun - Hope Nicaragua, Managua, Nicaragua
Hope Nicaragua provides a homeless feeding program, a pastor training program, children's ministry, a children's scholarship program and medical/dental clinic. WHPC has partnered with Hope Nicaragua since 2007.

Abraham and Anna Jung - Eden Center, Managua Nicaragua
Eden Center is committed to sharing Christ's love and developing a school and community that exemplifies Christian values. The WHPC Nicaragua Family Mission Trip hosts a daily Vacation Bible School with Eden Center. 

Nour and Carolyn Sirker - Managua, Nicaragua
Over the years, the Sirkers have been instrumental in starting a clinic, hospital and school. Their current involvement is mainly the supervision of a school and child sponsorship program.

Austin Samaritans - Austin, TX, serving in Nicaragua
Austin Samaritans is a dedicated group of Christians committed to demonstrating God’s love to those in need in Nicaragua. Their efforts address needs in health, education and care for those most vulnerable in Nicaraguan society. Austin Samaritans works in harmony with churches and other non-profits.

Agua for Managua - Managua, Nicaragua  
Simply put, Water = Life. Vitality.  Agua for Managua was started by a group of local high school girls and sponsors many different projects, from water purification systems to playground shade structures. 

Colegio Cristiano Presbiteriano (CCP) - Managua, Nicaragua. 
Committed to improving the lives of the children and families in a very impoverished area of Nicaragua, WHPC supports CCP through child sponsorship, scholarship programs, feeding program, general administration, construction, computers and VBS.   

In southern Africa, the fear of social reprisals and the stigma of HIV and AIDS keeps people from getting tested and receiving treatment.  EMPACT Africa, a non-profit organization birthed out of WHPC, is dedicated to helping local church leaders in fight the stigma of HIV and AIDS in their congregations and communities.  

Justo Mwale Seminary - Lusaka, Zambia, Africa
We provide scholarships for individual students, chosen by the admission board of Justo Mwale Seminary, who are studying to become pastors in the Church of Central Africa, Presbyterian and the Reformed Church of Zambia.  

Lusaka Church to Church Partnership - Lusaka, Zambia, Africa
We work with our Zambian partners to provide increased security for their churches and schools, provide resources for community schools  and help evangelize their community. Members of WHPC make a mission trip to Zambia every year.

Micro Loan Program - Managua, Nicaragua
This program changes lives by opening up new possibilities by providing capital to start small businesses, providing long term income for Nicaraguan families.  Microloan recipients meet twice a month for prayer, Bible study, financial counseling and relational support. 

Villa Esperanza - Managua, Nicaragua
An extension of Forward Edge, the Villa is home for at-risk girls and provides them with nutritious meals, quality education, medical/psychological care and emotional support. 

World Vision
World Vision’s child sponsorship program works alongside children, families, and communities to build sustainable solutions that release them from long-term poverty.
