Memory Matters

Memory Matters is a weekly program for individuals living with early memory loss. In partnership with AGE of Central Texas, the program offers meaningful activities like reminiscence therapy, cognitive stimulation, and support group discussions— designed to foster connection, dignity, and purpose. If you or a loved one would like to participate, please email memorycare@whpc.org.
The Gathering 
Wednesdays | 9:30 am - 1:30 pm
WHPC Dining Room
WHPC hosts a joyful, volunteer-run program for people who are experiencing memory loss. While caregivers enjoy a morning off, participants engage in activities such as music, game, exercise, art, reminiscence, and lunch. For additional information and to get started, please email memorycare@whpc.org. If you are interested in volunteering, there is a place for you either as a support person (cook, photographer, etc.) or working directly with participants. We’d love to meet you.
Lunch & Learn Caregiver Support
First Wednesday of the Month | 11:30 am - 1 pm 
WHPC Ross Hall
For individuals who are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, this group meets monthly for lunch, education, and peer support. Contact memorycare@whpc.org to sign up.
